Fitness sensation Kayla Itsines will be in Singapore this May for FitnessFest 2018

Get excited: fitness sensation Kayla Itsines will be bringing her wildly popular Bikini Body Guide (BBG) to FitnessFest 2018 in Singapore this May.

Something for the health nuts and fitness enthusiasts: FitnessFest by AIA is back for its second edition in Singapore this May, following its resounding success last year (that featured YouTube sensation Blogilates).

This time, Singapore’s largest fitness festival is back, with the festival’s FitnessConcert headlined by none other than Kayla Itsines, a global fitness sensation even touted by Forbes as “the Internet’s undisputed fitness queen“. This will be her first time in Singapore, and she’s bringing her wildly popular Bikini Body Guide (BBG) programme.

If you’ve worked out to her YouTube fitness videos and avidly followed her social media following (she has a whooping 8.8million Instagram followers and 20million on her Facebook page, FYI), this is your chance to be a part of her famous BBG Bootcamp with Kayla Itsines… live!

With over 60 multi-level workout sessions by some of the best fitness instructors over a 12-hour lineup, it’s no doubt the perfect excuse for a solid sweat session. Besides the BB Bootcamp with Kayla (followed by a meet-and-greet after), here are a few other highlights to look forward to:

Sandra Riley Tang (of The Sam Willows and founder of The Yoga Co.) will be conducting a 45-minute ‘Triple Threat’ workout session that combines yoga, calisthenics and HIIT. There will be opportunities for you to try your hand at something new at the 8 Fitness Discovery Arenas which include bouldering, boxing, and CrossFit, and also over a 100 fitness, wellness and health brands for you to discover at the festival’s Food Village and Marketplace.

For more information on FitnessFest 2018, visit their official website here. Early Bird tickets are on sale now at SGD50 (while slots last).

All ticket buyers will receive a swag bag consisting of a FitnessFest tote bag, sports towel, SGD50 Shopping Village Vouchers, and other goodies from the festival partners.
