Culinary stars from across the globe are set to wow our city’s serious gourmands

The 21st edition of the much-anticipated festival aims to highlight a slew of talented culinary masters and wow Singapore’s serious gourmands.

The island nation of Singapore has always held up to its much-deserved title as a hotbed of international dining establishments and is known as a world-class destination for culinary talent. It is no surprise, then, that the country draws a diverse range of respected chefs from near and far. This year’s World Gourmet Summit (WGS), taking place from 27 March, celebrates a new generation of culinary stars from at least 16 countries across Asia, Europe, Australia, and North and South America.

WGS 2017 promises an exciting line-up of gourmet affairs, food and wine tastings, masterclasses helmed by the best of the best, specially curated menus at much-loved dining spots around Singapore, and much more. For the ultimate gastronome with a penchant for fine cuisine, this is one celebration not to be missed.
