Chanel’s Mademoiselle Privé exhibition is coming to Hong Kong

Mark your calenders: Chanel’s Mademoiselle Privé exhibition is coming to Hong Kong this January 2018!

Mark your calendars: Hot on the heels of its successful Chanel Coco Cafe pop-up earlier in June, Chanel will be bringing its acclaimed “Mademoiselle Privé” exhibition to Hong Kong come 13 January 2018.

Like its successful chapters in London (October 2015) and, more recently, Seoul (June 2017) the “Mademoiselle Privé exhibition captures the charismatic personality and irreverent spirit of Gabrielle Chanel and Karl Lagerfeld – only in a uniquely Hong Kong narrative.

Held at the city’s creative landmark PMQ, the visually arresting exhibition highlight the modernity of Mademoiselle Chanel’s emblematic creations: which include the Haute Couture reinvented by Karl Lagerfeld, CHANEL N°5 fragrance and High Jewellery, and the re-edition of the one and only collection ‘Bijoux de Diamants’ designed in 1932 by Gabrielle Chanel.

What you can expect: Get hands-on at their workshops going on throughout the exhibition such as the High Jewellery, Lemarié feather and flower creation and N°5 workshop. The workshop programme offers the opportunity to discover CHANEL’s exceptional know-how around Haute Couture, High Jewellery and N°5 and the sources of creativity of the House from its origins until today.

The “Mademoiselle Privé” exhibition is located at No.35 Aberdeen Street, Central Hong Kong from 13 January 2018 till 10 February 2018 and is open to the public. Booking required through the Mademoiselle Privé app or on the website for free admission.
