The collection will be available in selection stores and online from November 2.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’d know that Erdem is the latest designer to collaborate with H&M. The hotly-anticipated ERDEM x H&M collection, which drops November 2, marks first time in eight years that H&M has partnered with a British fashion designer.

The collection is a deeply personal one; Erdem Moralioglu, who is of British and Turkish descent, heavily drew inspiration from his youth. From the romantic dresses in English films that inspired him to his father’s staple coat – even the quintessential 90s television and music video style, it’s an arresting celebration of his design vision.

This is not a collection for basic staples: expect an arresting medley of heirloom-worthy statement pieces you’ll want for keeps. For one, there is a sleeveless ballgown of a snowdrop jacquard that dramatically cascades to the floor, complete with a plunging neckline held in place by double grosgrain ribbon straps. The collection is also bursting with floral prints, that run the gamut from floral blazers to trousers, that contrast with the impeccable tailoring.

Acclaimed photographer Michal Pudelka is the creative genius behind the unique look book (images above) featuring pieces from the ERDEM x H&M collection. Aptly capture the mood of the collection, his images evokes a sense of surrealism and an intentional old English charm.

The ERDEM x H&M collection will be available in H&M Orchard Building and ION Orchard, as well as on hm.com, from November 2.
