Sharing is caring, so we’ve decided to share our favourite bars around town that are oh so Insta-worthy. There’s no need to travel to Milan for Wes Anderson’s Bar Luce.
Let’s ask you a philosophical question. If a group of friends go out to a bar and no one posted anything about it on Facebook or Instagram, did the outing still happen?
Yes, we just flipped the “A tree falls in a forest…” question. While we aren’t social media addicts that post every bit of detail going on in our lives online, we do love sharing the cool bars and drinking spots we come across. And what better way to do that then a picture on Instagram with a geotag?
After all that’s how we suss out places online before actually going to make sure it is worth our commute. Even if that means making the commute all the way to Milan for Wes Anderson’s impeccably beautiful Bar Luce. We mean, who can miss the pinball machine in all of Zissou’s glory?
However, since we won’t be hopping over oceans anytime soon. Here are some that are just as worthy of that Instagram shot right here in Singapore. For instance, we like Southbridge for the beautiful view and Manhattan for excellent drinks and great bar food. Sharing is caring, so tell your friends about your favourite watering holes.
