Being a working mama often leaves us to neglect our bodies. While constantly monitoring your little one’s crying, and all your bosses’ demands at work, it’s hard to take a few moments to C.H.I.L.L. But it is essential.
Meditation is a well-known method to achieve this. It’s tough sometimes to find the time, but devoting just a few minutes a day through YouTube videos, or a class a week, can really help mothers ease back into work life to find a balance between them, by balancing themselves.
