Staying true to its philosophy of whipping up contemporary comfort food using only the freshest ingredients, its latest menu aims to breathe new life into your favourite classic dishes.<\/p>  <p>It includes starters like the refreshing <strong>Seasonal Citrus Fruits &amp; Tuna Salad<\/strong> and <strong>Spanish Heirloom Tomatoes &amp; Burrata Cheese<\/strong>, an elevated take on the classic Caprese salad with - yes - the most exquisite and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/food\/hot-spots\/recommended-spots\/best-burrata-singapore-225159.html\">buttery burrata<\/a>. Make room in your stomach for its hearty mains, like the <strong>Char Siew Kurobuta Pork Belly<\/strong> and <strong>Truffle Beef Burger.<\/strong> The former, inspired none other than the Cantonese <em>char siu<\/em>, features a succulent pork belly marinated in soy and honey, while the latter is an elevated iteration of your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/food\/hot-spots\/recommended-spots\/best-burger-bars-singapore-271155.html\">classic burger<\/a>, only with a generous slice of black truffle nestled between a hefty USDA beef and smoked cheddar cheese. <em>Mmmmm<\/em>.<\/p>  <p>The new menu also introduces a new addition to its famed pasta selection in the form of the <strong>Lala Clams Vongole<\/strong>, which artfully fuses our local \u2018zi char\u2019 staple of stir-fried lala clams and the classic Italian <em>spaghetti alle vongole<\/em>.
