Located at The Quayside at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/food\/dishing-out\/fb-news\/summerlong-robertson-quay-253569.html#item=1\">Robertson Quay<\/a>, it will be the first New York-style steakhouse to open in Singapore.<\/p> <p>Wolfgang's Steakhouse has carved (no pun intended) a name for itself for its mouthwatering <strong>tender sub-primal cuts of USDA Black Angus Meat<\/strong>, which are dry aged in a proprietary-designed aging room for yes - 28 days. As each chunk of meat ages, it naturally tenderizes to produce a robust, concentrated flavour profile that results in the distinctly deep, deliciously tender and nutty flavour in all<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/food\/hot-spots\/recommended-spots\/beef-budget-best-steaks-30-can-buy-133861.html#item=1\"> their steaks<\/a>.<\/p> <p>If you haven't had the chance to visit the original family-run New York institution in the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/fashion\/latest-news\/tribute-street-new-york-named-oscar-de-la-renta-75406.html\"> Big Apple<\/a>, you'll be heartened to know that the The Quayside restaurant in Singapore bears interiors inspired by the original.
