Singapore does\u2019t grow her own coffee <\/a>beans, but we\u2019re fortunate enough to have some of these delicious roasters to keep the caffeine-addict in us belly-happy.<\/p>

We are currently at the third wave of the coffee movement that produces high-quality coffee and we consider it as artisanal foodstuff - like wine - rather than a commodity. This involves improvements at all stages of production, from improving coffee plant growing, harvesting, and processing, to stronger relationships<\/a> between coffee growers, traders, and roasters, to higher quality and fresher roasting.<\/p>
