Over the years it is safe to say that conditioners have been one of the most neglected haircare products in the world of beauty. When asked, many (don\u2019t quote us on the statistics) admit to not using conditioner regularly or at all. Reason being, \"my shampoo should be sufficient when it comes to cleansing and nourishing my scalp<\/a>.\"<\/p>

While your shampoo<\/a> might have beneficial ingredients which help to get rid of the gunk in the hair, it also strips the hair of its moisture which needs to be replenished using a conditioner.<\/p>

When using a conditioner, 1-2 pumps is recommended depending on your hair <\/a>length as well as density. Distribute the product evenly but avoid applying too much on your scalp. Once your hair is completely saturated, leave the product on for 3-minutes and rise thoroughly afterwards.<\/p>
