STEP 1: A PERFECT COMPLEXION<\/span> <\/h3>

A successful makeup look has to start with a good base. Take a compact foundation to create a matte\u00a0effect and don't forget to contour slightly for definition.<\/p>

STEP 2: REDESIGNED EYEBROWS<\/span> <\/h3>

If you're in a hurry, opt for a brow mascara. Brush the hair upwards and layer the product on to create a more intense effect.<\/p>
