Trying to find time to exercise and stay in shape<\/a> can be difficult with life constantly getting in the way. Be it work, family or friends, some things are always more important that taking care of yourself.<\/p>

Or maybe you\u2019re a nocturnal creature that just works better when the sun\u2019s down. Either way, there are now gyms designed to weave more hours into the day and keep their doors open till late. We\u2019re talking 24 hours,<\/a> seven days a week. Why didn\u2019t anyone think of this idea sooner?<\/p>

A gym that never closes means you\u2019ll never have to worry about fitting in workouts into your schedule. It also gives you more security than running around a park or your estate in the dead of night.<\/p>
