Just when you thought pizza has been\u00a0perfected, the culinary world sneaks up and surprises you with a new trick up its sleeve.<\/p>

Sourdough bread is not a new thing in food. Their\u00a0are made with the addition of a fermented mix called a sourdough starter. This technique is what gives the sourdough its distinct and superior tangy taste.<\/p>

This artisanal loaf is what inspired the sourdough pizza. By incorporating the same fermented sourdough starter into the base, pizza lovers are able to enjoy the tangy flavours, heightening their pizza<\/a> experience.<\/p>

While some of us may have the habit of throwing out pizza crusts, you won\u2019t be able to leave a delicious sourdough crust behind. Even when you\u2019re done with the toppings, you can dip the delicious crust into olive oil and enjoy the quality of the sourdough.<\/p>
