Beauty dedicated blogs and websites are great, but there\u2019s something so romantic about owning a book<\/a> and flipping through physical pages<\/a>.\u00a0Even everyone\u2019s favourite makeup artist, the indispensable Lisa Eldridge, seems to agree. After months of anticipation, Eldridge\u2019s new book, Face Paint will finally be released on 13 October.<\/p>

Instead of doing the predictable and writing a beauty manual of sorts, Eldridge has opted to share her geeky side by exploring the fascinating history of makeup. Other than sharing her extensive knowledge of beauty history, she even shares her private collection of beautiful vintage makeup with her readers.<\/p>
