We all want to find that special place to go where everybody knows your name. <\/em>It makes finding a cosy caf\u00e9 in your neighbourhood like discovering a precious treasure.<\/p>

In recent years we\u2019ve seen caf\u00e9s sprouting in humble neighbourhoods<\/a> where the rent is cheaper. However it doesn\u2019t make the spaces inferior to those in prime locations. In fact, there is something very charming about a contemporary cafe<\/a> in retro settings that patrons seem to enjoy.<\/p>

The change has certainly injected new life into aging estates and brought new appreciation to the old-world Singapore that is slowly fading away. In fact you can view this trend as a transition into the next era of heartland life and culture.<\/p>
