Just when you thought the retail scene in Singapore couldn't get any more robust, a spanking new space opens up right in the heart of town tempting shoppers to step gleefully in. Oh yes, we're talking about the sprawling\u00a020,000 square foot Pedder on Scotts<\/strong>, that swung open its doors last week in Scotts Square.<\/p>

Occupying level 2 of the swanky shopping mall, the impeccably designed space\u00a0is home to over 100 luxury and <\/a>contemporary designers across different price points - and that includes the first men's and children's corners. You can easily look forward to getting your hands on the latest heels<\/a> from Sophia Webster,\u00a0Aquazurra or Charlotte Olympia, as well as the coveted bags from Mansur Gavriel. Beyond heels and bags, there are also a range of accessories and fragrances that you should definitely pick up while there.<\/p>

Peter Harris, President of Pedder Group, said,\u00a0\u201cThis store was created with the sophisticated Singaporean customer in mind who wants variety and newness and to be at the cutting edge of fashion, whether it\u2019s the latest must-have or special collaboration. This is the largest range of designers under one roof for women, men and children in an environment that mixes creativity and fun, allowing individuals to explore fashion and meet the creators, in a truly unique way.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

As with all things good, to mark the opening, celebrated shoe designer Nicholas Kirkwood will be in town to present his 10 year anniversary collection this month. And to make things better, the project also saw a partnership with\u00a0Singaporean artist<\/a>, Thesus Chan, who\u00a0provided the visual graphics.<\/p>

Now, it's time to rally up the family and bring them all down this weekend for some serious shoe shopping!<\/p>
