Nonetheless, we'll try.<\/p> <p>Tacit is Aesop's second perfume and has notes that include citrus, basil and vetiver. Developed by perfumer\u00a0C\u00e9line Barel, the source of Vetiver is from Haiti and is refined via the process of fractional distillation to bring out the strength of the note even more. The citrus note gives the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/beauty\/beauty-buys\/fragrance\/staff-picks-marie-france-asias-favourite-summer-fragrances-116257.html\">fragrance <\/a>the underlying subtle spiced scent. The last Basil note is sourced from Egypt and what is interesting here is the process by which these notes have been extracted. While the vetiver note was extracted via fractional distillation, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/food\/recipes-and-products\/10-summer-recipes-tomato-basil-asparagus-sand-pie-20488.html\">basil<\/a> note was done\u00a0through hydro distillation.<\/p> <p>Packaged in<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/beauty\/beauty-sos\/tried-and-tested\/aesop-parsley-seed-anti-oxidant-range-2944.html\"> Aesop's<\/a> standard brown glass bottle, Tacit comes as a\u00a050ml eau de parfum. The new fragrance is also housed in a beautiful packaging designed by Australian artist Jonathan McCabe.
