This causes an overuse syndrome or a repetitive stress injury in your neck area.<\/p> <h2> <span>SYMPTOMS<\/span> <\/h2> <p>Prolonged periods spent hunched in an unnatural posture can lead to tightness across the shoulders, muscle pain, soreness in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/natural-healing\/fight-for-mal-de-back-pain-cervical-22809.html\">neck <\/a>and chronic headaches. Repeatedly bending your neck to look at your phone can over time, cause a specific crease just above the collar bone that is similar to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/beauty\/beauty-sos\/8-habits-give-wrinkles-86450.html#post-86450\">wrinkles<\/a> and sagging skin.
