Someone once said, 'To be a mother is a woman's greatest vocation in life'<\/em>. And indeed. While a woman can be anything she chooses to be in this day and age, motherhood has to be one of the most fulfiling roles a woman can take on. Sure it is a role not without its challenges, but the rewards far outnumber the sleepless nights, long hours and non existent social life.<\/p>

In honour of Mother's Day<\/a>, we spoke to our very own hot young moms at Marie France Asia<\/em>, Adeline Koh<\/strong>\u00a0(Singaporean mom of 5-yesr-old Thea) and Laetitia Nguyen <\/strong>(French mom of 5-month-old Jeanne), who share with us the ups and downs of motherhood<\/a>.<\/p>

Marie France Asia: What's your favourite part of being a mom?<\/span> <\/h2>
Adeline Koh<\/strong>: That I have a little girl who\u00a0always wants to hold my hand. And no matter how bad my day went, there will be always someone who still thinks you're the superhero once you get home.\u00a0She is also like my best friend, she loves hanging out with me and enjoys being with all my friends.\u00a0<\/div>
<\/div>
Lety Nguyen<\/strong>:\u00a0I'm a very new mom, so my favourite part right now\u00a0is when I succeed in making her laugh.<\/div>

<\/p>

MFA: What's the best\u00a0Mother's\u00a0Day\u00a0gift you received?<\/span> <\/h2>
AK<\/strong>: Chicken Essence!<\/div>
<\/div>
LN<\/strong>:\u00a0T\u200bhis will be my first\u00a0Mother's Day, so I've\u00a0never received a Mother's Day\u00a0gift<\/a>. However, I don't think there is a \"best\" Mother's Day gift. It all depend on the age of the kids.<\/div>
<\/div>

MFA: What are the challenges of being a mom?<\/span> <\/h2>
AK:<\/strong> \u00a0The challenges are being thrown at me everyday, from not being able to sleep when she was a baby, to now, being a 5-years-old who is constantly feeling insecure and inadequate.\u00a0There are many books to read and work to do to make her feel loved.<\/div> <\/div>
<\/div>
LN<\/strong>: In my opinion the biggest challenge of being a mom\u00a0is the ability\u00a0to manage your work, your family (as a mom and as a wife) and your social life. I want to be the best mom for my daughter, be there for her when she needs me, but just because I'm a mother it doesn't mean\u00a0that I not a woman anymore. I still need to go out with my friends, party, dance and seduce my husband with romantic<\/a> candlelight dinners!<\/div> <\/div>

MFA: If you have one wish for this\u00a0Mother's\u00a0Day, what would it be?<\/span> <\/h2> <\/div>
AK<\/strong>: This mother's day I wish that Thea will keep growing stronger - \u00a0physically, emotionally and mentally.\u00a0<\/div>
<\/div>
LN<\/strong>:\u00a0To hear my daughter say \"Maman<\/em>\" will be the best gift ever.\u00a0I would like to have a nice sunny Sunday, and be in a nice private villa with a swimming pool and spend my entire day with my baby and husband playing in the pool together.<\/div> <\/div> <\/div>
