Unfortunately, gastroenterologists are stymied in the face of this pathology, with only a few treatments available. If hypnosis appears to yield good results, a specific diet could be an appropriate solution to get rid of these disorders durably.<\/p>  <h2> <span>ARE THE FODMAP MISADVISED IN CASE OF IRRITABLE COLON?<\/span> <\/h2> <p>According to several studies, more or less recent, there would be a specific diet to limit the disorders, and even remove them in 75% of the cases. The key to success? Banish, or at least strongly reduce, our consumption of <strong>Fodmap<\/strong>*. Found in some vegetables,<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/on-my-plate\/ca-fait-combien-portion-fruits-legumes-59852.html\"> fruits<\/a>, dried vegetables, dairy products or food additives, these sugars are very difficult to digest and aggravate disorders in those who have a hypersensitive colon. To determine if we are intolerant to one or several of these sugars, the only solution is to remove them all from our<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/healthy-practices\/take-time-to-eat-meals-86536.html\"> food <\/a>for several weeks, then reintroduce them one by one to detect the problematic one.
