However, here are the significant differences that you should know about before indulging in a cup of gelato. Fresh Italian gelato contains less fat than ice cream, has less incorporated air and is served at a higher temperature. Ice cream is also usually made with a lengthy shelf life which means more added preservatives. So trust us, you'll want to devour as much gelato as you can without feeling any guilt.<\/p>

In short, +39 Gelato Bar prides itself for whipping up one of the finest tastes of Italian indulgence<\/a> through their rendition of artisanal gelato. Dedicated to the notion of 'fresh', batches of gelato are made from scratch every day with 100% natural flavours. Essentially, there are no added flavourings, colours, preservatives or chemical additives, further establishing gelato as a healthy<\/a> yet delectable treat.<\/p>

After heading down for a quick tasting and demo session, hands down, we can attest to the sheer smooth texture of the gelato. We even tried one batch that was kept for a couple of hours and one that was made right before our eyes - though minimal, you can actually taste the difference in texture and that's how you know if a gelato batch is fresh.<\/p>

Beyond the standard servings of gelato, +39 Gelato Bar also offers up the innovative Aperol Frozen Spritz, which features a dollop of gelato made from Aperol Spritz in a martini glass of prosecco. Now this was quite the party for our taste buds as the sweet yet zesty flavours exploded with every bite and sip of the concoction.<\/p>

What can we say, we left knowing a whole lot more about the world of authentic gelato, tasting interesting flavours like strawberry cinnamon and reveling in the fact that his joint is only but a hop and a skip away from our office. And they do office deliveries in the Central Business District (CBD) - it couldn't get any better than that! So head on down and treat yourself to a fresh serving of artisanal gelato at +39 Gelato Bar before it all runs out.<\/p>
