The distinctive fringe<\/a> completes every outfit with a touch of splendour, whether it's seen\u00a0gracing\u00a0the hemline of a mini skirt, midriff of a dress,\u00a0or the pendant of a necklace.\u00a0Etro\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Proenza Schouler,<\/strong>\u00a0distinct as they are, found common ground in fringe.
