All foodies take note\u00a0- Singapore's gourmet\u00a0festival\u00a0SAVOUR will return\u00a0this March, from the\u00a026 to 29 at the F1 Pit Building.<\/p>

This annual food fair which\u00a0unites the best in food and drink is the only one of its kind in Singapore<\/a>. Over 18,000 people gathered at the SAVOUR\u00a0alfresco event last year to enjoy the Michelin star and award winning cuisine from Singapore and around the world.<\/p>

This year, there are over 50 signature dishes to tantalise your tastebuds.<\/p>

To commemorate the SG50, SAVOUR has a exciting line up of foreign and local chefs like Andre Chiang<\/strong> (Restaurant Andre, Singapore), Daniel Ballis<\/strong> (Moosehead Kitchen Bar, Singapore ), \u00a02 Michelin-star chef Daniel Clifford<\/strong> (Midsummer House, UK) and 3 Michelin-star chef Alvin Leung<\/strong> (Bo Innovation, Hong Kong).<\/p>

Those who like a live-demonstration will be delighted to know that there will also be free celebrity master chef classes and workshops to be held at the venue. While wine lovers can expect a bigger and better wine selection with over 150 wine labels and more than 85 labels of sake. Wine and sake appreciation classes will also be held during the festival.<\/p>

Foodies should make a beeline for the Gourmet Market<\/strong> for a plethora of products that have never been seen in Singapore. Look out for star items such as the Japanese White Strawberries<\/a>, a full range oyster bar with 20 different oysters from over 8 countries, a cheese room with specialities like truffle cheese, choice cuts of meat that you can have cooked a la minute and more!<\/p>
