But for the best part of 2015, as Singapore turns 50, the spotlight will be on the city's best creative talents and contemporary scene.<\/p> <p>Led by the <strong>Singapore Tourism Board<\/strong> (STB) and Singaporean architect and artist <strong>Randy Chan<\/strong>, <strong>Singapore: Inside Out\u00a0<\/strong>will showcase the acclaimed works of Singaporeans within the sectors of\u00a0architecture, design, fashion, film, food &amp; beverage, music, and literary, performing and visual arts.<\/p> <p>\"Through my architectural practice, I've had the privilege of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/travel\/now-or-never\/valentines-day-staycation-deals-singapore-66930.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sharing Singapore<\/a> with overseas audiences and am often surprised at how little is known about our burgeoning creative scene. As both an architect and artist, I am very excited to be given this rare opportunity of introducing a slice of our creative scene and talents internationally,\" said Mr Chan, the appointed project's Creative Director, in a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.stb.gov.sg\/news-and-publications\/lists\/newsroom\/dispform.aspx?ID=544\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> statement.<\/a> \"Visitors to the showcase can expect an engaging and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/travel\/destination-accomplished\/labuan-bajo-marvel-indonesia-64219.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">immersive experience <\/a>specially designed to surprise and challenge their current perceptions of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/beauty\/whats-new\/skin-secret-cnp-cosmetics-launches-singapore-70027.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Singapore<\/a>.\"<\/p> <p>As part of the SG50 events for Singapore's golden jubilee, the multi-disciplinary travelling showcase will\u00a0debut this April in Beijing,\u00a0before flying to\u00a0London\u00a0in June\u00a0and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/fashion\/latest-news\/dkny-spring-summer-2015-collection-62730.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York in September<\/a>.
