Yes, yes, some say that's a piece of cake - it's just mixing alcohol they lament - but to the unfamiliar, there's a whole lot more that goes into concocting\u00a0the perfect drink for your guests.<\/p> <p>Now to become the hostess with the mostess in 2015, we've teamed up with the delectable orange-flavoured liquor, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/food\/hot-spots\/cointreau-singapore-introduces-parties-like-48603.html\">Cointreau <\/a>and <strong>Kino Soh<\/strong>, bartender at <strong>Hopscotch<\/strong>, to learn a few tricks behind the bar.<\/p> <p>For the uninformed, Kino was amongst <strong>Drinks World Asia's 2014 Top 25 Bartenders<\/strong> in Singapore so you know your drinks are in good hands. Being a female bartender didn't stop her from coming up tops in a largely male-dominated space and fortunately, according to her, she hasn't faced discrimination for her gender\u00a0so far.<\/p> <p>From shaking, stirring, to jiggers and knowing your citruses, here's a quick crash course on sprucing up your drinks menu for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/food\/hot-spots\/cointreau-x-jiggerspony-ladies-night-out-cocktails-4834.html\">next ladies night<\/a>.
