3 lobsters<\/p>

100\u2009g soft butter<\/p>

3\u2009tablespoons of cognac<\/p>

Salt and pepper<\/p>

Directions<\/strong><\/span> <\/h2>
  1. Immerse the live lobsters in slightly salted boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and cool down. Cut the lobster down the middle. Remove the black vein that runs down the tail, the green tomalley and the sand sac, which is located in the head area, behind the eyes.<\/li>
  2. Whisk the soft butter with the cognac. Add salt and pepper. Preheat the oven on broiler.<\/li>
  3. Brush generously with\u00a0the butter mixture\u00a0and place the lobsters\u00a0on the oven rack. Cook for 8 minutes. Serve immediately.<\/li> <\/ol>
