Forget facial or body scrubs<\/a> - especially if they are formulated with glycol or salicylic acid. Exfoliating will certainly remove flakes - but it will damage the rest of your skin. If you can't go without scrubbing, make sure you use super gentle products that are specially formulated for sensitive or very dry skin - and only do it once every 3 weeks.
