The music lures you in with its magnetic undertones of lounge and seemingly Buddha Bar rhythms.<\/p>

Meanwhile, everyone pleasantly waits as the first model struts onto the runway with her lush black hair and mysteriously seductive plum lipstick, which accentuates the complementary shades of navy blue, green, and hints of beige she\u2019s wearing on a sleeveless top and baggy trousers. Perhaps, the most magnificent aspect of this combo was the successful execution of the triangular color blocking details on both pieces that lead the viewer\u2019s curious eye in an anatomically proportionate play of optical illusion - whilst adding the final touch with an emerald green<\/a> handbag that screams, \u201cI AM IT.\u201d As the show progresses, other pieces add to this trompe l\u2019oeil<\/em> theme (french for something that tricks the eye) with graphic lines that reminisce the Op-art movement, mixed with easily wearable pieces that collectively showcase a strong connection with the core values of the brand: effortlessly elegant, modern designs for the cosmopolite in all of us.<\/p>

As the case may be, some of the more memorable designs that defined the creative direction of this season include: neutral two-tone jumpsuits,<\/a> classic pin-tucked baggy Oxford bags, playfully feminine off-white blouses, camouflage allover graphics, casual jersey knit trousers paired with masterfully tailored boxy jackets, and suits for men; which should come as no surprise considering the newly-appointed artistic director, Mrs. Giovanna Villani<\/strong>, who is\u00a0Italian.<\/p>

Moreover, after having had the experience of seeing the creations come to life on stage, and then speaking with Villani, who has a trajectory of nearly 30 years working with household names such as Calvin Klein, Moschino<\/a> and Missoni, what was most impressive was her warmth, candor and eagerness to emphasize the success of the collection as a direct result of the artisanal techniques, craftsmanship and personal involvement of all the people behind the brand, not just herself.<\/p>

Hence, illustrating how elegance is not just in the clothes but also in the gesture.<\/p>
