To rebuild your relationship after an infidelity, you have to restore\u00a0your confidence in it. How do you rekindle confidence in the relationship when there were lies, denials and treason? According to the psychiatrist and psychotherapist, the first requirement is that the unfaithful has to stop all relations with the person with whom he\/she had an affair. It does not mean that it is necessary to resign if the other one shares the same workplace, but, in any case, it is necessary to stop all intimate and emotional contact with the person. If the unfaithful sincerely wants to reinvest in his\/her relationship, he\/she has to be emotionally available for his\/her partner. Moreover, the deceived person doesn't have to adopt extreme surveillance habits. The deceived person must also avoid harassing and making the other one feel excessively guilty<\/a>. Unless they secretly want the relationship to fail\u2026<\/p>
