The drink represents the perfect blend of fresh herbs, bombay sapphire gin and SunGold Kiwifruit allowing for you to enjoy kiwi in a fun way and to unwind after a damp day.<\/p> <p>If you do not plan to have a taste of the drink at Maison Ikkoku, here's the simple and easy recipe that you can try out at home - also this is basically how you add sunshine to your nights!<\/p>  <h2> <span>Ingredients:<\/span> <\/h2> <p>1 SunGold Kiwifruit<br \/> 2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin<br \/> 0.5 oz. Yuzu Juice<br \/> 1 oz. sugar syrup<\/p>  <h2> <span>Method:<\/span> <\/h2> <p>1- Remove the skin of Zespri\u2019s SunGold kiwifru it. Muddle the kiwi in a mixing glass.<\/p> <p>2-\u00a0Pour 2 oz. of Bombay Sapphire gin into a shaker.<\/p> <p>3- Pour 0.5 oz. of Yuzu juice into the shaker<\/p> <p>4- Pour 1 oz. of sugar syrup into the
