\"This berry<\/a> contains antioxidants, proanthocyanidins (CAP), which protect the urinary mucous membrane. Bacteria at the origin of the cystitis can't cling on anymore to the tissue of the bladder<\/a> and multiply itself\", explains Daniel Kieffer. It is ideal to avoid repeated antibiotics taken when we are regularly subjected to cystitis (at least 4 times a year). Take it as a dietary supplement containing at least 36 mg of CAP, 2 months out of 3.<\/p>

THE LIMITS<\/span> <\/h2>

Cranberry does not prevent interstitial cystitis, which results from inflammation and not from an infection<\/a> from the bladder. If the bacterium is already established you have to turn to essential antibiotic oils (2 drops of thujanol thyme diluted in a teaspoon of table oil) or stick with the good old antibiotics. You have to consult immediately in cases of fever and\/or of pain in the low back (risk of pyelonephritis).<\/p>
