But what is the best way, then, to get rid of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/healthy-practices\/natural-tips-beautify-buttocks-17868.html#post-17868\">flabby thighs<\/a>?\u00a0The answer is a balanced diet (no simple sugars and fats) + adapted sports exercises.<\/p>  <h2> <span><strong>Practice an endurance sport<\/strong><\/span> <\/h2> <p>Running\u00a0is your best ally if you wish to decrease the circumference of your thighs without adding volume to your muscles.\u00a0It is advisable to run with a heart rate monitor to keep your heart rate to about 60% of maximum frequency.\u00a0This is a good tempo to maintain in order to tap into fat reserves.\u00a0Keep in mind that you are not obliged to invest in a device \u2013 if you are going on a run as a group, and are still able to hold a conversation at the same time, it means that you are exercising at the right heart rate.\u00a0If jogging does not appeal to you at all, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/healthy-practices\/quels-sports-pour-ventre-plat-23852.html#post-23852\">try swimming<\/a> (a little more complicated to measure, though) or cycle to work.\u00a0Whichever activity you choose, try to practice it at least 2-3 times a week.<\/p>  <h2> <span><strong>Opt for targeted exercises<\/strong><\/span> <\/h2> <p>Whether you are training alone at home or you are attending a course (of\u00a0aerobics,\u00a0for example), be aware that some exercises are specifically targeted to slim the thighs.\u00a0Among them, you can opt for squats, dips, jump rope (childhood flashback!), and leg lifts.\u00a0If you do not know these exercises, do not hesitate to do a web search for explanatory videos.\u00a0Have you heard about the \u201cChallenges of the Moment\u201d?\u00a0It is simply buzzing on Facebook, involving thousands of users coming together to participate in a challenge each month and help each other stay motivated.\u00a0At the moment, there is a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/healthy-practices\/breathe-pilates-30-day-challenge-29345.html#post-29345\">30-day challenge<\/a> going on.\u00a0Start with it as soon as possible, even if it the challenge of the month is already midway through, it cannot hurt, and will also provide a warm up for the upcoming ones.<\/p>  <h2> <span><strong>Massages\u00a0<\/strong><\/span> <\/h2> <p>Opt for a massage once you step out of the shower as often as possible.\u00a0Rolling massages help to improve blood circulation and quickly provide the skin with a smoother appearance.\u00a0You can also use creams specially formulated for their draining, hydrating and firming effects.\u00a0That said, this is no miracle solution, and you may be disappointed if you put all your money on this one option.\u00a0To boost its effectiveness, carry out <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/natural-healing\/fight-to-the-stress-22807.html#post-22807\">your massages <\/a>before sports to help the assets penetrate into your body.
