\"Screen<\/span><\/a><\/p>

Preparation: 5 minutes<\/strong><\/span> <\/h4>

Cooking time: 5 minutes <\/strong><\/span> <\/h4>

Ingredients (for 6 lollies):<\/strong><\/span> <\/h4>

- 6 strawberries
- 100g Sugar
- 15 cl of water
- 6 drops of pink dye
- 6 wooden skewers.
Method:
1. Wash and hull the strawberries.<\/p>

2. Prick each strawberry with a wooden stick.<\/p>

3. Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and stir briskly to distribute the water. 4. Heat over medium heat, watching the color of sugar. When it begins to bubble and to color slightly, remove from heat and add the pink dye.
5. Wait a few momentsbefore plungingthe strawberries into it one by one.<\/p>

6. Drain by running a thin wire of caramel over the pan before placing them on a tray covered with baking paper.
