Spread a thin layer of mustard on each slice. Put 4 aside.<br \/> 2. Slice the cucumbers, keeping the skin on, and cut the mozzarella into slices.<\/p> <p>3. Divide the cucumbers on bread and season with olive oil, salt and pepper. 4. Cover with a slice of bread and spread over the mozzarella and a slice of haddock.
