Mix the syrup and rum. Line a square or rectangular dish with plastic wrap.<\/p> <p>2. Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes pale yellow, then add the mascarpone, whisking at low speed.<br \/> 3. Pass the strawberries under cold water, drain, remove the stalks and cut them in half.<\/p> <p>4. Dip the biscuits for 1 second in rum syrup and put the first layer in the bottom of the dish<\/p> <p>5. Spread a layer of cream over a layer of strawberries, putting the cut side flat on the cream.<\/p> <p>6. Even out a layer of cream and finish with a layer of sponge, soaked in the same way as the syrup.<br \/> 7. Fold the film on the cookies, press lightly to press them into the cream and refrigerate 4 hours.<\/p> <p>Tip: You can make this cake the day before, it will be even better because the scent of strawberries will be absorbed into the cookies and cream.
