Preparation time:<\/span> 15 minutes<\/span><\/p>

Cooking time:<\/span> 10 minutes<\/span> for asparagus<\/span><\/p>

Ingredients:<\/p>

- 1kg<\/span> Asparagus<\/span>
-<\/span> 1 orange<\/span>
-<\/span> 1 lime<\/span>
-<\/span> 1 grapefruit<\/span>
- 1<\/span> tablespoon<\/span> honey<\/span>
- 4<\/span> tablespoons<\/span> wine vinegar<\/span>
-<\/span> 5cl<\/span> sunflower oil<\/span><\/p>

Method:<\/p>

  1. Peel the orange<\/span> and lemon and juice.<\/span><\/li>
  2. Squeeze the<\/span> grapefruit<\/span> extract the juice<\/span>.<\/li>
  3. Boil<\/span> honey for 3 minutes<\/span> in a saucepan with<\/span> grapefruit juice and<\/span> add vinegar.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Remove pan from<\/span> heat, add<\/span> the<\/span> oil<\/span>, whisking briskly.<\/span> Season the<\/span> vinaigrette.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Peel the<\/span> asparagus<\/span>, bake for 10 minutes.<\/li>
  6. Put<\/span> citrus<\/span> areas<\/span> in dressing<\/span>, lightly warm the<\/span> whole.<\/span><\/li> <\/ol>

    Serve<\/span> warm<\/span> asparagus<\/span> spooning<\/span> the<\/span> dressing<\/span>.<\/p>
