Combine the rice <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/natural-healing\/rose-vinegar-can-do-it-all-1380.html\">vinegar<\/a>, sugar, salt and sherry in a bowl.\u00a0Pour this mixture over the rice and mix.\u00a0Allow to cool to room temperature.<\/p> <p>3. Meanwhile, cut the fish fillets into thin strips.\u00a0Mix wasabi powder with a little water to obtain a dough, the consistency of mustard.<\/p> <p>4. Moisten your hands and form small oval-shaped balls of rice, the same length\u00a0of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/on-my-plate\/eat-fish-and-jellyfish-975.html\">strips of fish\u00a0<\/a>.\u00a0Spread them lightly with wasabi and put a slice of fish on each patty.\u00a0Arrange the sushi on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and keep cool until ready to serve.
