(available at leading grocery stores)<\/p> <p><strong>GENERAL INFORMATION<\/strong><br \/> PREPARATION TIME: 20 MINUTES<br \/> COOKING TIME: 20 MINUTES<br \/> SERVES: 6 PEOPLE<\/p>  <p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><br \/> <em>Soaking 6 hours, Resting time 1h 10<\/em><\/p> <ol> <li>\u00a0Soak rice in a bowl of water for 6 hours.<\/li> <li>\u00a0Drain it and cover it with twice its volume of cold water.\u00a0Bring to a boil, then cook for 15 minutes with the lid on.\u00a0Leave it to stand for another 10 minutes off the heat.<\/li> <li>\u00a0Heat the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/on-my-plate\/how-to-cut-the-calories-while-cooking-10355.html\">coconut milk<\/a> with the sugar and vanilla sugar.<\/li> <li>Put the cooked rice in a bowl, add the coconut milk with sugar and mix well.\u00a0Cover and allow it to stand for 1 hour.<\/li> <li>\u00a0Spread a 3cm layer of the rice on a dish to dry.<\/li> <li>\u00a0Peel and de-core the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/food\/recipes-and-products\/gluten-free-spring-menu-shortcake-peaches-raspberries-18277.html\">peaches<\/a>.\u00a0Cut them, half sliced \u200b\u200band the
