The only meal I can enjoy, seated and taking my time, is my breakfast at 10am.\u00a0I have my lunch and dinner in a ten-minute haste, before or after service.\u00a0I try to ensure it is balanced, but I never get a complete meal, from appetizers to dessert.\u00a0And I find it hard to diversify.\u00a0I either lack time or am too lazy - especially when I come home late.\u00a0I sometimes skip meals.\u00a0On closing day, a Wednesday, I make for it, and eat a lot more.\u00a0\"<\/p> <p><strong>The opinion of Nicolas Rouig, dietician:<\/strong><br \/> \"The important thing is not whether you eat before or after service.\u00a0What matters is to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/healthy-practices\/learn-to-be-hungry-again-7491.html\">eat when you are hungry<\/a> enough, and not wait too long when you are, otherwise you will end up throwing yourself upon the food.\u00a0The safest thing is to eat a little during service, to avoid getting too hungry at the end of your work day.\u00a0But the quantity you consume should be adapted to your hunger.\u00a0It may work to split your meals \u2013 appetiser before work, and dessert after.\u00a0You can thus take your lunch and\/or dinner in two parts.\u00a0The top athletes often adopt this kind of diet and sometimes eat 5-6 times a day.\u00a0It is not snacking, but more of slowly and calmly taking in small doses of your energy intake in the course of the day.\u00a0The more often you eat, the less you will eat in total.\u00a0It is better to be a small regular eater, than a big casual eater. This also allows you to eat in a more balanced way in no time.\u00a0If like Sandrine, you sometimes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/health\/on-my-plate\/7-mistakes-avoid-want-lose-weight-20370.html\">skip lunch<\/a>, it is no great tragedy \u2013 simply adjust your diet in the afternoon.\u00a0If you are hungry, eat lunch a little later, but reduce the quantity so that you still have an appetite for dinner.\u00a0Otherwise, simply take a balanced snack.\u00a0But it is
