Sourcing all the fresh ingredients and produces only from 100 miles around the point of its location, Sembilan makes sure that everything is fresh, flavourful, and seasonal. Furthermore, there is far less carbon foot print, and more support to the local industry. For not only Sembilan directly works with the local farmers and fishermen, but 3% of what customers spend will go back to them.<\/p> <p>The scene still fits the relaxed beach style that also manages to blend traditional Balinese elements with contemporary lines. Must-tries include <strong>Pelalah Chicken <\/strong>and<strong> Sat\u00e9 Lilit<\/strong> \u2013 or fish satay on lemongrass stick that comes with Sambal Matah the spicy Balinese sauce. Indonesian salad, better known as <strong>Gado-Gado<\/strong>, comes in a modern interpretation without sacrificing the genuine <a title=\"5 Chocolate Recipes: Pure Chocolate Mousse with Pistachio\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/pure-chocolate-mousse-with-pistachio\/\">nutty flavours<\/a>. <strong>Ceramcam Ayam<\/strong>, or Balinese clear chicken soup, is a comfort for the throat and tummy.<\/p> <p>Check out the special nights that serve <strong>suckling pig<\/strong> and winning buffet deal.
