Peel apple and cut into small cubes<\/p> <p>2. Wash the celery and cut into small cubes<\/p> <p>3. Preheat oven to 200\u00b0C<\/p> <p>4. Using a skillet, saut\u00e9 the diced apple and celery with a little butter until tender<\/p> <p>5. Crush hazelnuts until they are fine, coarse bits<\/p> <p>6. Using a cookie cutter, cut out discs of dough and prick with a fork to prevent them from swelling during cooking<\/p> <p>7. Place in the center of each disc a teaspoon of diced apple and celery. Add some bacon, crushed hazelnuts and a pinch of sugar. Close the slippers with a mold, or seal the edges well with a fork<\/p> <p>8. Coat top with egg yolk for gilding.
