In a hot pan, fry the bacon strips for 5-6 minutes until nicely browned<\/p> <p>3. Clean cherry tomatoes<\/p> <p>4. Roll out the pastry in a pie pan, prick the bottom and sides to prevent it from swelling during cooking. Spread mustard on the pastry. Drop over the cherry tomatoes, so as to cover the entire surface.<\/p> <p>5. Sprinkle with bacon and roasted bacon strips.
