Preheat oven to 200\u00b0C. Peel the onions and cut them into slices.<\/p> <p>2. In a skillet, saut\u00e9 the onions with a drizzle of olive oil and a knob of butter. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar and continue to saut\u00e9 until onions are caramelized.<\/p> <p>3. Butter a pie dish and place the caramelized onions in it<\/p> <p>4. In a skillet , fry strips, add white raisins, and a pinch of allspice. Add the previously chopped coriander and mix well.<\/p> <p>5. Pour topping over the onions and gently spread the dough over. Fold the edges. Prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from swelling during cooking. Bake for 18-20 minutes, whilst observing.
