Separate the whites from the yolks. Using an electric whisk, beat the egg whites with sugar, they should be firm . Mix the yolks with the melted dark chocolate. Then mix 1\/3 of the egg whites to the preparation and the rest gently.<\/p> <p>2) Clear the chocolate mousse obtained into a container, then refrigerate with film over it.<\/p> <p>For the cream :<\/p> <p>1) Heat the milk in a saucepan, then mix the pistachio paste once the milk is warm<\/p> <p>2) In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Then pour the hot milk over and mix. \u00a0Pour the mixture to the saucepan and cook the custard over low heat , stirring constantly with a silicone spatula. The custard is cooked at 84\u00b0C. When the cream is thickened and coats the back of a spoon, remove from heat and remove in a bowl. Add the cream to stop cooking .<\/p> <p>3) \u00a0In a bowl , pour some custard cooled and then make using a spoon beautiful dumplings chocolate mousse.
