Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 180\u00b0C for 3-4 min.<\/p> <p>5) Heat the milk in a saucepan.<\/p> <p>6) Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them by adding hot milk , butter, hazelnut oil and roasted hazelnuts. Season with salt and pepper.<\/p> <p>7) On cling film, make a puree tube with the mixture.\u00a0 Cut rolls of 3cm long from the mould.
