Hosted at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.east-hongkong.com\/en\/hong-kong-business-hotel-facilities\/hong-kong-restaurants-and-bars\/feast.aspx\">Feast <\/a>in East Hotel, Hong Kong and affordably priced at <em>HKD228<\/em> <em>(approx. USD30), <\/em>this quaint tea, themed after Cath Kidston\u2019s <a title=\"SS14 trend alert: Sheer Panelling\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/ss14-trend-sheer-panelling\/\">Spring\/Summer 2014<\/a> collection, complete with her signature floral patterns, has both a weekday tea option and a weekend buffet option, featuring an array of carefully prepared dishes.<\/p> <p>Some of the mouthwatering food, prepared under the supervision of Chef David Parkin,\u00a0includes English Honey-Glazed Ham and Mustard sandwich, Tea-Smoked Salmon, Horseradish and Cucumber sandwich, Duck-Egg Mayonnaise and Watercress sandwich, Sun-Blushed Tomato Palmiers, Quiche Lorraine, Asparagus Wrapped in Gorgonzola and Cured English Ham, Classic Fruit Scones with Devon Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam, Orange Blossom Chocolate Bon Bon, Rose Cream-Filled Macaroon and Earl Grey Cupcake; all of which are paired perfectly with traditional English tea or coffee.<\/p> <p>Penney Pang\u2019s beautiful cake creations, featuring delicately prepared sugar flowers and elegant fondant coating, are made with the utmost precision to complement Cath Kidston\u2019s fresh blooms and seasonal floral prints.<\/p> <p>The afternoon tea runs from the<strong> 24<sup>th<\/sup> of March until the 18<sup>th<\/sup> of May 2014<\/strong> and is priced at HKD228 (approx. USD30) for a set for two from Monday to Friday and, HKD195 (approx. USD25) per person on week end from 3:00pm to 5:30pm.
