Think about it!\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mariefranceasia.com\/protein-at-breakfast-think-about-it\/\">egg<\/a>.\u00a0Immerse the potato slices first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.\u00a0Let them\u00a0brown on all sides in hot oil for 5-7 minutes.\u00a0Let them cool.<\/p>  <p><strong>\u00a02<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0For the cream Dijon mustard,\u00a0<strong>mix<\/strong>\u00a0mayonnaise with mustard.\u00a0Wash the watercress.\u00a0Cut the bread into four pieces, and open each piece of bread with a knife.\u00a0<strong>Spread \u00a0<\/strong>bread slices with\u00a0mustard cream.\u00a0Fill the bottom of the bread with sweet potato slices, ham and watercress.\u00a0<strong>Cover \u00a0<\/strong>each sandwich with the other
