Lavish Lips<\/strong><\/p>

The one shade you should be flaunting on Valentine\u2019s Day is a lip-smacking red<\/a> and if getting the perfect long lasting red pout is worrying you then follow these simple steps like the pros do:<\/p>

1. Apply one coat of red lipstick<\/p>

2. Peel off one layer of a 2-ply tissue and place it on top of your lips<\/p>

3. Dust loose powder on the tissue<\/p>
