One thing is certain: Binging in the morning prevents weight loss, in the same way that not eating anything is not a paid slimming strategy. Nutritionists agree that breakfast should account for only a quarter of the calories consumed in the day.<\/p> <p>As it is, however, the point is a little more complicated in practice. It is also hazardous when we know that an \"error\" of 20 extra calories each day adds up to getting approximately 1 or 2 pounds heavier by the end of the year. As such, everything lies in the right food choices and portions.
