Bussi\u00e8re) , she helps us to clearly see the practice that can help to alleviate our physical and mental ailments effectively , and without side effects and... at home.<\/em><\/p>  <p><strong> Is it altogether difficult to switch between hypnotherapists in these conditions?<\/strong><\/p> <p>No, I think books like CDs on the subject allow us to practice alone and find ideas for facilitators\u2019 suggestions. However, I would recommend for the person who wants to practice self-hypnosis, and has never before been hypnotized, to go through a singular meeting with a hypnotherapist. He will find the key word or gesture to enter hypnosis more easily.
